The salon stool was designed for the new salon of the University of Arts Berlin to serve as a multi purpose seating for presentations, meetings, interviews and other gatherings. The rounded seat allows for comfortable resting. Clothes can be stowed away inside.
The even surface on the bottom enables the use as a lectern or tray when two or more stools are stacked. The curves of the upper and lower surface fit into one another, thus ensuring the stackability along with the embedded magnet inlays in the bottom and their steel counterparts in the top.
